What is your connection to TCE?
I started as a tutor with TCE. My cooking classes received pretty good feedback and I eagerly helped some other people who had cooking classes at TCE too. And that is how I became “hooked”.

As an advocate, which course would you recommend and why?
I would recommend to start with the next course available. Some of them don’t repeat and you will have a chance to experience something truly unique. As for myself, I actively attend other tutors’ cooking classes. I love teach how to cook and also love to learn how to cook. The latest course of Indian cuisine was wonderful!
