Indian Cooking Course

Learn how to create different Indian dishes, learning about spices and herbs, and enjoy a meal at each lesson.

Our tutor Sangeeta will share her knowledge of cooking delicious Indian dishes.

Dates and Time: Tuesday July 30th 5pm-7pm to Tuesday August 27th 5pm-7pm
Location: Waitara High School

The course will be held over 5 weeks and the course fee is $120 – this includes ingredients and a meal at the end of each lesson.

1. Students will learn about North Indian style of cooking
2. Students will learn about the health benefits and will use herbs, spices, powders for different dishes.
3. Students will be learn to deep fry and learn about different Indian breads.
4. Students will learn about ratio and proportion.
5. Students will learn to cook with local ingredients.
6. Students will learn about vegetarian and gluten free dishes.
7. Students will be able to prepare a basic home cooked Indian meal

Registration Costs and Terms & Conditions
$120.00 (gst incl) per person
– Fee must be paid before attending the course unless a prior arrangement is made
– Please include ‘India’ and your Name as a reference so we can reconcile your payment
– TCE reserves the right to cancel your registration if fee not paid by due date
– No refunds if you are unable to attend
