Photographs capture such beautiful moments in our lives. Holding an image of an ancestor
or seeing the smile of a loved one brings wonderful memories to cherish now and in the next
generation.
In this workshop, Curator Chanelle Carrick and Cultural Materials Conservator
Susanne Rawson, discuss the deterioration of these items and the best way to ensure they
are preserved.
Participants can bring along any photographs that would like advice on. The
presenters will have examples of archival materials and sources for suppliers. Tea and
coffee will be provided. Wheelchair accessible.
