The fourth of our ethnic cooking series workshops. Our tutor Olena Williams along with guests will cover different flavours and dishes from a range of different cultures. For workshop two we cover the Turkish Manti with yogurt-garlic sauce and spiced butter as part of our dumplings theme.

Learn the fundamentals of making Turkish manti in this practical, hands-on class focused on core
skills you can reuse at home. You’ll prepare and roll dough, practise efficient folding techniques to
shape small dumplings, and cook them correctly by boiling or steaming. The class also covers
making a classic garlic yoghurt sauce and finishing with simple Mediterranean spices and butter.
Clear, structured, and skill-focused, this session is ideal for anyone wanting to build confidence with
dough, dumplings, and balanced savoury flavours.

Not suitable for vegetarians

For ages 10 and up
