Discover the flavours of Greece in this practical, hands-on vegetarian cooking class. Youāll prepare spanakorizo, a classic Greek spinach and rice dish, while developing transferable cooking skills including rice braising, efficient knife work, herb use, and building a balanced yoghurt sauce. Youāll also make tzatziki from scratch and learn how acidity, herbs, garlic and yoghurt work together to create fresh, balanced Mediterranean flavours. Clear, structured, and skill-focused, this session is ideal for beginners and intermediate cooks who want to expand their vegetarian repertoire and gain techniques they can confidently use at home.
