Taste of India Cooking Classes


Learn to cook delicious, mouth watering, and cost effective Indian food over two weeks in this class.

Our tutor Sangeeta Chaudhari will reach you how to make an appetiser, main meal and drink – bonus is you get to eat everything you cook!

Impress your friends and family with your new cooking skills.

These classes will involve learning basic Indian cooking, mainly North Indian. In this workshop we will create some snacks, the main course, and a drink.

  • We will start with making a Bhaijia platter and a puffed rice dish with Masala Tea.
  • This will be followed by a lunch menu which will be roti, rice, vegetable/meat, and a dhal dish with pickles and poppadoms.
  • We will have the opportunity to taste each other’s cooking on the day and learn.
  • As we cook I will talk to you about the health benefits of most of the ingredients used in Indian cooking.
