Spotswood College
Our tutor Olena Williams along with guests will cover different flavours and dishes from a range of different cultures. For workshop one we cover Ukranian Dumplings – a scrumptious dish sure to get your taste buds singing.
Skills: Dough making, dumpling shaping, boiling & serving. Participants will mix and roll soft dough, create traditional fillings, and master the folding techniques that give each dumpling its signature charm. Along the way, we’ll chat about cultural traditions, regional variations, and simple tricks for perfecting texture and flavour at home. Fun, warm, and deliciously nostalgic, this class is ideal for anyone who loves hearty cooking and stories served with a side of butter and onions.

For safety we ask that any children under 15 are accompanied by a parent.
