Martha Desimone will be sharing some of her family Italian recipes.
Born in Argentina with Italian, Spanish and South American heritage, this time we will be teaching you how to make pastas, sauces and pizza to share with family and friends.

Meet our tutor – Martha Desimone
Martha, Argentinian born, has been working in hospitality for over 20 years. As an owner and chef at El Condor Restaurant ( 1991 -2004) Martha gained a reputation for her home made style of cooking bringing flavors of Argentine and Italian cuisine to New Plymouth.
After selling the business Martha ran Wai-Iti Cafe for 3 years and worked at Waitara High School training students in cooking competitions with great outcomes.
